1. General Terms
1.1. Acceptance of Terms – By booking with Saviconnect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. Booking Confirmation – A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation email. Confirming your booking in writing (via email or online) constitutes formal acceptance of these terms.
1.3. Changes to Terms – Saviconnect reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1. How to Book – Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. Availability must be confirmed before payment is processed.
2.2. Payment Methods – We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
2.3. Pricing & Currency – All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
2.4. Group Bookings – Special payment terms may apply for group bookings and private charters.
3. Cancellations & Amendments
3.1. Guest Cancellations – Refunds depend on notice provided:
- More than 7 days before departure – Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposit, if applicable) or a credit towards future bookings – valid for one year.
- 2-7 days before departure – 50% of deposit value refund or a credit towards future bookings – valid for one year.
- Less than 2 days before departure – No refund.
3.2. Changes by Saviconnect – We reserve the right to cancel or amend services due to unforeseen circumstances. A refund, reschedule, or credit will be offered where applicable.
3.3. Late or No-Show Policy – No refund or reschedule is available for late arrivals or no-shows. It is the guest’s responsibility to be on time.
4. Service & Inclusions
4.1. What’s Included – Transport, driver/host, and any services specified in the itinerary.
4.2. What’s Not Included – Personal expenses, additional tastings, and services outside the itinerary.
4.3. Tour Duration & Itinerary – Timings are approximate and subject to change.
5. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
5.1. Pick-Up Locations – Pick-up points must be prearranged and will be confirmed in your itinerary.
5.2. Drop-Off Policy – Passengers will be dropped off at the original pick-up point or an agreed alternative location. Additional drop-offs en route on main roads may be allowed at the driver’s discretion. Extra drop-offs outside the planned route may be available for an additional fee, payable to the driver.
6. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities
6.1. Arrival Time – Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
6.2. Valid Identification – Guests consuming alcohol must present valid photo ID.
6.3. Personal Belongings – Guests are responsible for their own property. Saviconnect is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6.4. Behavior & Conduct – Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
6.5. Food, Drinks & Souvenirs on the Bus –
- No food or drinks may be brought onto or removed from the bus when attending licensed venues.
- No glasses, open bottles, or souvenirs may be taken from venues onto the bus.
- Guests may bring sealed, unopened bottles or packaged purchases from visited locations.
- Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.
6.6. Seat Belts – Seat belts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
7. Alcohol & Smoking Policy
7.1. Alcohol Onboard – Saviconnect is not licenced for the alcohol consumption in our vehicles.
7.2. Smoking Prohibited – Smoking is strictly prohibited on all Saviconnect vehicles.
8. Damage & Cleaning Fees
8.1. Cleaning Fees – Fees apply for excessive soiling:
- $150 for vomit or significant mess.
- $50 for drink spills.
8.2. Damage Liability – The guest who made the booking is responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle.
9. Health & Safety
9.1. Responsible Drinking – Intoxicated guests may be refused service or removed from the tour without refund.
9.2. Medical Conditions – Guests with allergies, motion sickness, or medical concerns must notify Saviconnect before travel.
9.3. COVID-19 & Health Guidelines – All tours comply with relevant health regulations. Guests feeling unwell should reschedule.
10. Driver Authority
10.1. Compliance with Driver Instructions – Passengers must follow all driver instructions for safety and operational reasons.
10.2. Right to Refuse Service – The driver reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger behaving inappropriately.
11. Liability & Force Majeure
11.1. Assumed Risks – Participation involves inherent risks. Saviconnect is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage unless required by law.
11.2. Third-Party Services – We work with trusted providers but are not responsible for their services.
11.3. Force Majeure – In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, refunds or credits may be provided at our discretion.
12. Insurance & Personal Responsibility
12.1. Travel Insurance – Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
12.2. Unforeseen Delays – Saviconnect is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
13. Final Itinerary Confirmation & Changes
13.1. Final Confirmation – Guests must confirm their final itinerary at least 3 days before departure.
13.2. Changes to Original Requirements – Any changes to the booking may incur additional fees.

14.2. Jurisdiction – These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
